Job Description: As part of the ODEW portfolio, Organizational Development Specialists provide specialized support to the ODEW team towards achievement of portfolio goals and objectives. In partnership with senior leaders (vice presidents, physician executives, executive directors, and directors) the OD Specialist provides expertise, leadership, oversight and support. They provide expert knowledge and strategic advice on: Organizational development & design; Complex Systems; Organizational & individual behavioural science; LEADS-based individual and collective leadership; Coaching philosophy & practices; Learning philosophy & practices; Effective teams & Conflict Engagement - Supporting large scale change initiatives, particularly the people side of change, in regard to organizational redesign, and empowering people to: Effectively manage and lead large scale change; effectively develop, manage and lead world-class teams.

Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resource Development and/or Organizational Development
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development
Other Education & Training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
Licenses
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
