Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Community Health Services and in accordance with the vision, mission and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority, policies and procedures relating to Mental Health and Addictions services. The Social Worker, BSW is responsible for the provision of community-based mental health counseling services to clients within the Child and Youth Mental Health Programs. The position is also accountable for the provision of public education, mental health promotion, consultations and advocacy aimed at supporting individuals wishing to improve their quality of health. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
