Experience

  • 5 years' experience in an increasingly independent professional role
  • Pediatric assessment and treatment, multi-disciplinary assessment
  • Supervisory experience is an asset

Education

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable
  • Current CPR certification

  • Ability to design and conduct in-service training for other professionals
  • Knowledge of HIPA
  • Knowledge of TLR with willingness to be trained as a TLR trainer
  • Knowledge of Safety legislation (Occupational Health & Safety & Evidence Act)  
  • Works independently, effectively and cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team
