Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager of the Functional Rehabilitation Program, the Psychologist is responsible for provision of clinical services to clients of the program, including assessment, treatment, and supervision of students, as well as consultation to members of an interdisciplinary team. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

Education

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology
Licenses
  • Registered doctoral Psychologist with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE)
Knowledge & Abilities
  • Ability to assist and develop policies and procedures according to best practice
  • Knowledge in Clinical Health Psychology assessment, treatment methods and tools
  • Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
Other Information
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
  • May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives

  • Relevant experience or training in a rehabilitation setting is an asset
  • There are research opportunities, but this is not a requirement of the position
  • Exp working with 3rd party funders and tertiary-level rehab clients preferred
