Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager, Kinetik Rehabilitation Services, and with clinical support from the Professional Leader of Psychology, the Senior Psychologist is responsible for overall coordination of psychological services for clients of the program. The incumbent provides leadership to other psychologists on staff, represents psychology within/outside the program, and participates in program and policy development. The incumbent provides clinical services for clients of the rehabilitation programs within FIT for Active Living and Kinetik. This will encompass psychological and vocational assessment and treatment services provided within a multidisciplinary team. This position will lead Kinetik's PhD. Psychology complement in the provision of Advanced Psychological Services for the Saskatchewan Worker's Compensation Board. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience Assessing and Treating patients in WCB's
  • 5 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist
  • Experience with Advanced Psychological Services program

Education

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology
