Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Psychologist - PhD - Senior will provide direct clinical assessment, consultation, and intervention services to adults (ages 18 years and up) to address health concerns, psychological complications related to health concerns, or medical conditions arising predominantly from psychological factors. The Psychologist will engage in diagnostic services needed to support such interventions. The Psychologist will provide these services to clients, and outpatient/ inpatient services using empirically supported treatments. The Psychologist will provide training and supervision to pre-doctoral residents of the CPA accredited residency program, as well as training to grad students in psychology, learners in other fields, and health care staff seeking stronger psychological intervention skills to support health self-management for clients. The Psychologist will be accountable for clinical training and supervision, teaching, and program evaluation for the program.

Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Memberships
- Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
Other Education and Training
- PhD Internship Training from a CPA accredited (or equivalent) residency required

- Ability to employ biopsychosocial approach in provisional care to patients
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment required.
- Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships
- Ability to prioritize and be flexible
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian Psychologist's Code of Ethics
- Sensitive and understanding of diverse cultural aspects of population served
