Job Description: 

• To assess and plan patient’s programs and provide treatment as required.

•  To educate patients/members re: prevention of injury and disease management.

•  To document all patient assessments, treatments, progress and discharge notes.

•  To maintain and develop co-operative liaison with physicians and other members of the health team. 

    

Travel Required: No

Education

• B. Sc. or M.P.T. in Physiotherapy.

Licenses

• S.C.P.T. registration required.

• C.P.A. membership recommended.

Other Education and Training

• Experience in manual therapy and outpatient services preferred.

   

Knowledge and Abilities

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and applications.

• Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of CHSA.

• A valid Criminal Record Check is required.
