Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care, the Physical Therapist (PT) makes decisions and accepts responsibility for clinical physical therapy client care (evaluation/assessment, intervention, education & consultation). The Physical Therapist ensures service is consistent with the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). This position participates in an interdisciplinary team approach that ensures practice standards are compliant with standards established by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT). "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
