Job Description: Reporting to a Manager, the Senior Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the multi-disciplinary team. The Senior Therapist provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience:

• Three (3) years of experience in orthopedics required.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from a program which is recognized by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.  
• Must be licensed by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists and be eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.  
• Requires CPR certification.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Advanced manual/manipulative orthopedic training - Level 2 upper and lower quadrant.
