Job Description

This position reports to the Manager/Rehab Coordinator and is responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Staff Therapists have the knowledge to assess and treat patients but may require some professional mentoring/guidance from peers and Senior Therapists. Therapist may be responsible for the supervision of students.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement is a baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy from a program which is recognized by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Must be licensed by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists and be eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Experience
Experience working with complex and chronic orthopedic conditions is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Additional training in the treatment of various musculoskeletal conditions is of value.
