Job Description: Provides nursing care to patients with orthopaedic injuries/conditions through the application, adjustment and removal of a variety of immobilization devices.

Experience

• Two (2) years experience working in acute care setting
• (entry prerequisite - Advanced Education in Orthopaedics for LPN's certificate)

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma

Licenses

• College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan
• Advanced Orthopaedic Specialty endorsement

Other Education and Training

• Advanced Education in Orthopaedics for LPN's certificate
