Job Description: Under the direction of the Adult Outpatient Services Manager and working within an interdisciplinary mental health and addiction team, the Community Mental Health Nurse will provide a range of clinical services to adults with mental health and addiction issues and support to their families. The incumbent will also serve as an important link between Intermediate Care Services and the services provided by the Primary Health Care System.

Experience
- Familiarity with Adults, Adolescents and Children w/ complex case presentations
- Min. 2 yrs (post grad) work exp. in community mental health/addiction services
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
- Graduate from school of general nursing with training in psychiatric nursing
Memberships
- Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable

- Knowledge in various intervention strategies for individuals and groups

- Ability to enter and retrieve data in computer database systems

- A valid driver's license and a vehicle is required to carry out duties
- Can work flexible hours; ability to work shifts based on operational needs.
