Job Description: This position includes two distinct aspects: 1. Providing staff education for Providence Place. 2. Responsible for assigned supervision of the work of one or more Nurses and or other health care workers.

Experience

• Previous administration experience
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

Competencies

• Advanced - Interpersonal skills

• Advanced - Communication skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• Ability to plan/develop/implement/monitor/evaluate education programming
