Job Description: The Nurse B - Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the patient care.  The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Sunrise Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients.  The Clinical Coordinator is directly accountable to the Nursing Manager of St. Peter's Hospital.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

• Five years recent acute or community nursing experience
• 3 years experience in clinical area and/or involve charge nurse coordination

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BsCN)

• Knowledge in principles of patient and family centered care
• Knowledge in evaluating and leading process improvement projects

Other Education & Training

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
