Job Description: Reporting to IV Therapy Manager, the Intravenous Therapy Coordinator coordinates the overall functioning of the Home Intravenous Therapy Program and facilitates the delivery of multiple services for clients within the hospital and community based care. This position also provides direct client care within a multidisciplinary team as required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Education and Training

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
