Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager/Director of Care/Nursing Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse A/RPN is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. The Registered Nurse A/RPN has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

• No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable.
