Job Description:
The Documentation Coordinator provides exemplary leadership on documentation issues within the Saskatchewan Health Authority Maternal and Children’s Provincial Program. Reporting to the Manager, Quality & Research, the Clinical Documentation Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination and evaluation of clinical documentation including clinical standards, forms, patient education materials, research, and other clinical practice supports and participates in other activities related to documents that are aligned with service delivery frameworks. The Documentation Coordinator contributes to the documentation standards and participates in other activities related to documentation.
Experience
- Minimum of five years maternal and children’s specific experience
- Other related experience in quality and research.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education in Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Memberships
- College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
