Job Description: Reporting to the Director of PAPHR Home Care, the Community Team Manager (CTM) is accountable for communicating, implementing and evaluating the philosophy, objectives and policies of SK Ministry of Health and PAPHR to ensure consistency within the Home Care program, and to align with regional and provincial strategies.

Experience
- 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
- Experience in leadership
Education
- Health Care Administration diploma
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
- Nursing diploma
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Leadership training
- Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
