Job Description: The Manager of Acute 3000/3100 will provide clinical leadership support to all patients with a specific focus on acute inpatient care admissions from Saskatoon and Rural (northern Saskatchewan) and receives patients needing specialized inpatient care from many other centers. The manager plays an integral role in coordination of service from a team-based approach to care and supports the continuation of care through the patient’s journey. The manager works closely with physician co-leads to support the coordination of team-based care. Acute 3000/3100 is currently a 36-bed inpatient unit providing 24 hour / 7 day acute care 365 / year. While the focus is in on acute medicine patients, care for those of various sub-specialties' also occurs.

Experience
- Five (5) years leadership experience
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
