Job Description: The Nursing Unit Manager is accountable for the overall management and quality of patient care provided to children and adults who present to the Emergency Department for emergency services. The Nursing Unit Manager - Emergency is accountable for the delivery of high quality family-centered nursing care to emergency patients and their families. Experience

  • Five (5)+ years experience in healthcare leadership preferred
  • Experience in leadership

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
