Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Resident Care Services the Nurse Managers will/may be responsible for the administrative, financial, quality, safety and people resource management within the nursing services of Parkridge Centre (PRC). The Nurse Manager works in a matrixed Nursing Management Structure within PRC. The Nurse Manager performs on call duties. The Nurse Manager works collaboratively with all members of the health care team throughout PRC and across the Region. The successful candidate with help create, sustain and function in a workplace and service environment marked by: Resident Directed Philosophy - supporting residents in their home respecting independence, autonomy and choice and living each day to the fullest along life's journey - Respect for the individual and for diversity - Shared responsibility for improving health - Innovation and learning - Quality and Integrity of stewardship.

Experience
- Experience developing programs in a complex, multi‐stakeholder environment
- 5+ years of experience in clinical leadership or management
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
