Job Description: Supervises and delegates work assignments to staff and students.  Promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care.

• College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma

Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ESP/PROCURA (CIVICA) required

• Communication skills

• Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize workload demands

Other Information

• Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
• Valid driver's license, where required
• This position includes extensive scheduling in both staffing and client areas.
• This position covers the Lloydminster, Maidstone and Lashburn Home Care Departments.
