Job Description: The Workforce Management Associate is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters. The HR Business Partnership Model works in conjunction with Communities of Expertise (CoE's), including specialized HR services, Finance, Quality, Safety and Strategy, and other supportive services. The WFM Associate is responsible for managing their business units time and attendance, on-boarding, off-boarding, and ensuring the units staff needs are met. They will also assist with HR processes such as attendance meetings, investigation support, and other HR processes as required. Under the general direction of the Manager/Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), the WFM Associate works closely with Delivery Services, HRBPs and managers, to ensure staffing needs are met inclusive of the approval of overtime, leaves, etc. They also plan, develop and implement workforce management strategies and solutions including process reviews to assess and address scheduling services through discussions with internal and external parties. WFM Associates will be involved in investigations surrounding time and attendance and will work closely with Staff Services to identify and troubleshoot time and attendance concerns.

Experience
- 1+ years experience in Human Resources
Education
- Bachelor of Law (BL)
- Human Resources diploma
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Industrial Relations
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
