Job Description: Reporting the Manager of Primary Health Care in Regina, the ACP Coordinator is an integral member of the Health Network collaborative team. Responsibilities include leadership, quality improvement, development of work standards, and coordinating best practices applicable to patient clinical care and safety in a community setting. The Coordinator will provide visible, proactive leadership and education while promoting the delivery of client-centered care through educational programming and leadership. While mentoring, supervising, and coordinating care, the Coordinator will identify learning needs through collaborative ongoing quality improvement, planning, implementation, evaluation, and quality assurance.

- Valid Class 4 driver's license

- Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma (ACP)

Other Information
- Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at ACP/EMT-P
- Travel required to various community/rural sites within Regina PHC Networks
- Home base for this position is: 2110 Hamilton Street (Subject to change)
- Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
