Job Description: The Director is accountable for the leadership, operations, and quality of care at the Hospice at Glengarda. Working closely with St. Paul's Hospital and Emmanuel Health leadership, the Director ensures the delivery of patient- and family-centered hospice care, aligned with organizational mission and values.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences (Master's degree preferred)

Experience:

• Five (5) years' management or administrative experience.
• Experience in palliative care or hospice, considered an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Commitment to person-centred, resident-directed care.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse community partners and within a faith-based organization following the Catholic Health Ethics Guide of Canada.
