Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

• Travel required to various community sites including rural within Primary Health Care networks (Regina). Home base for this position is (1504 Albert Street)
