Job Description: The Associate, Practitioner Membership Services will provide support to programming and initiatives within the Practitioner Staff Affairs portfolio. The Associate will assist in the preparing and analyzing statistical reports pertaining to physician concern handling and SHA Practitioner Staff Bylaws administration.
The Associate is also responsible for supporting information for the Chief Medical Officer (CMO)/ Practitioner Staff Affairs (PSA) regarding physician concern handling and SHA Practitioner Staff Bylaws in the portfolio. The Associate will work to support the Director in collaboration with the Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Area Chief's of Staff, Area Department Lead's, Provincial Heads, operational leads, in implementing processes to effectively administer the Bylaws and concerns handling the CMO/ PSA department is responsible for.
The Associate will have regular and ongoing contact with the Saskatchewan Medical Association (SMA), Ministry of Health, College of Physicians and Surgeons, College of Medicine, Physician leaders, operational leaders and legal counsel.

Experience
- 1+ years' of progressively responsible administration experience preferably in a health care environment
- Experience working with Physicians is an asset
Education
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in Commerce, Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Bachelor of Human Resources is acceptable
- Human Resources diploma is acceptable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
