Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, this position provides administrative coordination and support to the department for assigned facilities.  This position works to ensure that service is delivered in a timely basis and that patient flow is not negatively impacted.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Education

  • A University degree in Commerce, Arts and Science, professional certification in a facility management association (IFMA or BOMA) or an equivalent combination of      education and experience. 

Experience

  • Three years of leadership experience in a unionized health care environment.
  • Building management experience in healthcare is a significant asset.
  • Experience in allocating resources and analyzing variances.

Licenses

  • Valid class 5 driver's license
