Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Health Services Manager to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of the department. The Administrative Assistant communicates and liaises with Long Term Care sites, each with their own unique reporting structures, work culture and diverse administrative structures.

• Several years' experience in an administraive role

Education

• Administrative Assistant certificate
• Administrative Assistant diploma
• Management certificate
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Management degree/diploma
