As part of the dynamic Decision Support team, the Summer Student - DSS will work with the Analytical, Wait Times, MIS, Case Costing and Technical Development teams to assist them in achieving and maintaining the effective delivery of Decision Support services. The Student will be centrally located within the Decision Support team of professionals and will be working closely with the Decision Support teams. The Summer Student - DSS will be required to assist with data organizing, filing and reporting and other adhoc duties as requested. This will require attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills.

1. High school diploma and enrolled in a post secondary education program
2. Interest in data interpretation and analysis to identify trends and relationships in the numbers
3. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and familiar with MS Access and MS Powerpoint
4. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a desire and ability to be a team player
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Proven ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects and priorities
