Project Manager

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes creating accurate budget forecasts, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle and may be responsible to perform the business requirements analysis to help define the project scope. Rigor around project reporting, tracking, communication and escalation techniques is a necessity. 

1. Minimum five (5) years related experience in a Healthcare setting successfully managing technical, business, clinical or web related projects to completion.

2. Completion of a University degree or college diploma in business, computing sciences, a health-related field, or equivalent

3. PMP (Project Management Professional) Designation preferred

4. Previous experience leading healthcare projects with a strong understanding of hospital operations

5. Comprehensive understanding of Clinical Systems

6. Strong familiarity with project management processes and standards based on PMI and competent with project/portfolio management software (eg. MS Project, Eclipse, other)

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and customer service skills

8. Excellent organizational and analytical skills

9. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, ability to work effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines, and balance work priorities and resolve problem in a timely manner

10. Ability to relate to and work with employees at all levels of the organization

11. Solid working knowledge of current technologies including; servers, storage, workstation platforms, virtual computing, networking, etc.
