Description
The Clinical Leader for Juravinski Emergency Department will work with the Clinical Manager and care team to support and promote quality emergency care for patients and families.
The Clinical Leader will be responsible for supporting front line teams related to day-to-day issues including, staff resources, support for health and safety practices, revision of policies and procedures, operational supplies and equipment.
The Clinical Leader will support quality improvement initiatives, primarily those related to Ontario’s Pay for Results metrics for Hospitals.
2. Recent & relevant leadership experience

5. Skill in facilitating the conduct of quality improvement programs
6. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, organization, team building and conflict resolution

8. Knowledge of the roles of the interdisciplinary health care team
9. Demonstrated excellence in the ability to initiate, model and support change in a constructive manner
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and learning for self and others
11. Demonstrated commitment to the mission, vision and values of HHS

Qualifications
1. Baccalaureate Degree in one of the Health Disciplines 2. Recent & relevant leadership experience

6. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, organization, team building and conflict resolution
