BSO Coordinator

The HNHB LHIN Behavioural Supports Ontario Coordinator is a regulated health professional who will assist the HNHB BSO Strategic Lead to advance the successful implementation and sustainability of the HNHB BSO Programs and the LHIN BSO Action Plan. This individual will work with the LHIN BSO Committees, relevant work groups, cross-sector stakeholders and HNHB LHIN staff.

• Post-secondary degree in a healthcare related field, or equivalent work experience, including gerontology, social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy or nursing 

• Experience in project work, quality improvement initiatives, or program implementation 

• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines with effective time management skills 

• Experience participating in teams to successfully achieve outcomes of a complex nature 

• Leadership, facilitation, mentoring, dispute resolution & relationship building skills 

• Self-starter who can work with limited guidance 

• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills 

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills 

• Excellent presentation skills and use of power point 

• Technical skills in Excel and data analysis preferred 

• Valid drivers license and vehicle to travel across HNHB LHIN
