The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Human Resources and Central Staffing teams at Halton Healthcare to support their operations and provide day-to-day support for HRIS, Scheduling, and LMS platforms, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user assistance. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements, analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance, and learning outcomes. Ensure accurate and timely data reporting for audits and business reviews. Prepare/update training and reference manuals and other support material. The analyst also requires participating in a variety of projects, in various roles, to assist with evaluating, procuring, implementing, and supporting new systems.

- Information Technology Degree or Diploma or equivalent education/work experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources analyst or systems analyst role
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Central Staffing healthcare operations an asset
- Knowledge of Medisolution VirtuoHR, Symplr eScheduling, and MEDITECH Expanse an asset
- Excellent communication/business analysis/problem solving/root cause analysis skills
- Experienced in implementing/supporting wide variety of systems/applications, workflow analysis, and benefits maximization
- Previous experience in system upgrades; software installations and system rebuild
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online including Power Apps and Power Automate an asset
- Facilitate technical discussions with teams, vendors, business users, and stakeholders.
- Leads small to medium projects, coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand and achieve collaborative solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product line including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Able to handle multiple responsibilities with competing priorities in a fast-paced progressive environment
- Must be well-organized, self-directed, and be able to interact patiently and effectively with staff
- Must be physically able to do the job
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record required
Vacancies: 2 x permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday; Days 0800-1600; on-site, multi-site coverage required.
Salary: $43.692 - $54.615 per hour
