Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst specializing in Epicor to play a key role in optimizing the systems and performance of our client, a well-established manufacturing company. Serving as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions, the candidate will help improve processes, configure the ERP system, and implement effective integrations and automations to support the organization’s growth.
Full-time. Permanent. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and scale Epicor;
- Design, maintain, and improve BPM processes;
- Participate in system updates, testing, and deployments;
- Develop and maintain reports (SSRS) and write SQL queries;
- Ensure the performance and maintenance of SQL Server;
- Implement and maintain integrations;
- Automate business processes and optimize workflows;
- Maintain connections with MES/WMS systems;
- Provide daily support to users and resolve issues;
- Train and assist users in using the systems.
Compétences recherchées
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ERP analysis, systems analysis, or business analysis;
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP;
- Strong understanding of business processes;
- Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions;
- Strong skills in SQL, reporting (SSRS), and integrations (API, EDI);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Self-starter with an analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
