Your Playground
- Work on-site at our Blainville offices, conducting outbound prospecting calls to new clients across Canada and the United States, using a proven and continuously refined sales approach (a list of prospective clients is provided from day one).
- Build strong relationships with clients within an exclusive territory through phone calls (99%) and virtual meetings.
- Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet’s commercial offerings.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare complete proposals and client presentations.
- Use the Oracle NetSuite ERP system to update and manage client follow-ups.
What We Are Looking For:
- DEP or DEC in sales or any related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written, as most of our clients are English-speaking
- Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset)
- Experience selling in the U.S. market (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Persuasive, motivated, and able to overcome objections
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented!
