Senior Calibration Specialist – Electrification Thermal Diagnostics and Device Controls

Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:Develop and optimize calibrations to meet performance and timing requirements utilizing Calibration Standard workProvide technical guidance and mentorship to newer Thermal Calibrators.Conduct/Support calibration reviews to ensure high quality calibrationsParticipate in development trips and related test activitiesLead Root Cause investigations in your area of responsibility. Where needed, you will be requested to provide support to other members of the teamAssist in the prioritization of software improvements, calibration process improvements and analysis capability growth for the calibrations you ownYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor of Science in Engineering5+ years of experience developing SW calibrationsExperience with controls of complex Thermal management systems and associated hardwareExperience with in-vehicle testing, including troubleshooting experience with electrical systems.
