Visitation Specialist

As a Visitation Specialist you will work airside and communicate with local representatives and flight crews on a daily basis to assist and ensure catering operations are smooth and according to specifications. Your ability to work courteously and represent Gate Gourmet as a professional at all times is critical because you serve as liaison between customers and the operations teams.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Ability to obtain & maintain a YVR Restricted Access pass (RAIC) and airside vehicle operators permit
• Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean Driver’s abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems and think quickly under stressful circumstances

• Communicate with Supervisors and co-workers

Environmental Requirements:

• Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
