Job Summary
Bring your demonstrated leadership and consultation skills to this exciting opportunity as a Lead, Transportation Demand Management & Commuter Services, Fraser Health's Integrated Protection Services team. In this role, you will work with the coordinator in leading the TDMCS program for Fraser Health, Provincial Health Services Authority, and Providence Health Care. Your ability to work effectively and in collaboration/consultation with internal and external stakeholders will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

- Work with the Coordinator in the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of the TDMCS program, policies, practices and procedures for the Organization.
- Receive feedback regarding the performance from contracted services and work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Escalate issues as needed to the Coordinator.
- Work with Coordinator in tracking, monitoring and reporting on TDMCS project progress including expenditures, timelines and milestones to determine if the project initiative is moving forward based on established project deadlines and budget allocation.
- Make recommendations on corrective actions to the Coordinator.
- Organize staff engagement and education events on TDMCS initiatives for roll out across the Organization.
- Work with other staff and/or volunteers to promote such events and develop applicable social media and/or physical campaign materials such as campaign tool-kits or posters.
- Develop metrics and produces reports on TDMCS to determine if accomplishments meet with stated organizational objectives; forward reports to the Coordinator for review.
- Assist the Coordinator with the development and maintenance of operating and capital budgets for the designated portfolio.
- Prepare documentation and work plans for review by the Coordinator; coordinate or conduct site inspections and audits in support of service performance and risk mitigation.
- Work with assigned program staff to respond to PPIAC queries and complaints; escalate issues to the Coordinator, as required for resolution and/or further clarification.
- Assist in departmental recruitment, orientation, and training of staff.

- Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years' recent, related experience in Parking, Planning, Transportation Demand Management and Commuter Services for a large institutional or campus environment and/or large complex multi-site organization
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable

Detailed Overview
Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families:
The Lead, Transportation Demand Management & Commuter Services (TDMCS) works with the Coordinator in leading the TDMCS program for Fraser Health, Provincial Health Services Authority, and Providence Health Care (collectively, �the Organization�). In collaboration with the Coordinator, the Lead evaluates, improves, implements and tracks TDMCS best practices.
The Lead coordinates changes to current practices to ensure compliance with sustainable transportation regulations and/or legislation; provides operational support by reviewing TDMCS transactions and supporting TDMCS program expansion; facilitates the administration, integration and standardization of TDMCS processes, policies and procedures within the Integrated Protection Services, Parking, Photo ID Access and Transportation Demand Management Commuter Services programs.
Responsibilities

- Assists in departmental recruitment, orientation, and training of staff.
- Assists the Coordinator in the preparation of confidential, financial and legal communications of a sensitive nature such as Government funding submissions, Service Agreements, Account Reconciliation and Audit reporting, in relation to TDMCS operations.
- Coordinates, administers and markets contracted initiatives such as shuttle services, electric vehicle charging stations, car/van pooling, car co-ops, cycling programs, Transit Fairs, and Employee Transit Incentive Programs. Liaises with external supports and resources to facilitate program initiatives, collect data and share information.
- Coordinates the implementation of any new social media technologies along with standardized web-based tools to help staff switch to alternative transportation methods within acute and leased sites.
- Remains current on environmental best practices and emerging developments and trends in TDMCS initiatives. Assesses opportunities and brings forward new program related information to the Organizations.
- Supports the design, development and deployment of PPIAC across the Organization. When necessary, stands in for the Coordinator to represent the PPIAC program on internal committees and at stakeholder meetings related to PPIAC on behalf of the Organization.
- Participates in a supporting role in the coordination of Parking and Photo Identification Services as operationally required.
Education and Experience
Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management or related field supplemented by three (3) to five (5) years' recent, related experience in Parking, Planning, Transportation Demand Management and Commuter Services for a large institutional or campus environment and/or large complex multi-site organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
