About the team Finance Data Analytics is a collaborative, high-performing team that values both results and how we achieve them. We challenge and support one another, balancing ambitious goals with healthy work-life harmony. We meet in the office 2-3 days per week to collaborate and learn from one another and use remaining days for focused work from home. Our work helps Finance operate smarter and deliver higher-quality analysis that advances Finance’s transformation and modernization goals. What will you do?

• 3+ years developing Tableau dashboards and data sources
• Strong analytical data design skills
• Proficiency with SQL or similar tools
• Ability to solve complex or evolving problems
• Strong business and technical acumen, translating questions into data-driven solutions

• High impact - The dashboards you build directly influence how Finance leaders understand performance and make strategic decisions.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
