About the team Finance Data Analytics is a collaborative, high-performing team that values both results and how we achieve them. We meet in the office 2-3 days per week to collaborate and learn from one another and use remaining days for focused work from home. What will you do?

Build Tableau Products That Solve Real Problems you will:
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tools that:
  • Deliver trusted data to senior leadership, financial analysts, and business partners
  • Replace manual processes and reduce repetitive effort
  • Highlight key insights, trends, variances, and performance drivers Support budgeting, trend analysis, and quarter-end reporting
  • Evolve as business needs and opportunities change
Shape and Steward High-Quality Data In collaboration with the Data Management team, you will:
  • Transform raw data into reliable Tableau sources
  • Define and refine Finance KPIs
  • Perform high-level reconciliations between systems
  • Flag anomalies and data-quality issues • Investigate anything that looks “off,” especially at quarter end
Own the Full Analytics Product Lifecycle
  • You will lead your product’s design, development, testing, documentation, and user support. Security and usage monitoring are centralized, but everything else is yours-creating strong ownership and impact.

What will you need to succeed?

  • 3+ years developing Tableau dashboards and data sources
  • Strong analytical data design skills
  • Proficiency with SQL or similar tools
  • Ability to solve complex or evolving problems
  • Strong business and technical acumen, translating questions into data-driven solutions

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
