We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is ready to take charge of day-to-day operations and lead a dynamic team in a structured, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and optimize workflow efficiency.
Lead, coach, and support a team of 20 to 25 employees.
Communicate clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team toward meeting performance goals.
Ensure inventory accuracy and high-quality shipping standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with company policies and safety regulations.
Work closely with internal teams (procurement, engineering, design, planning) to streamline processes and contribute to ongoing projects.
Analyze KPIs and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in special projects, particularly those related to quality standards (ISO 9001).
Manage priorities and unexpected challenges with calm and efficiency while promoting strong team cohesion.
What we're looking for in the ideal candidate:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp operational needs and challenges.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities, combined with initiative and autonomy.
Comfortable working in structured environments (ISO 9001) and familiar with MRP systems and just-in-time methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
A collaborative leadership style, with a talent for team-building and employee training.
Reliable, punctual, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the composure to navigate pressure effectively.
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written), essential for collaborating with stakeholders outside Quebec.
