Reporting to the Planning and Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, and services required for production and maintenance.

You will ensure compliance with standards, maintain material traceability, control costs, and uphold quality, while contributing to the development and execution of purchasing and supplier management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of the company's purchasing and procurement strategy;

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, monitor performance, and recommend improvements;

Negotiate agreements and purchasing terms to achieve optimal conditions;

Build and maintain constructive, long-term relationships with suppliers;

Plan and monitor procurement needs based on production forecasts;

Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock;

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations;

Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.

University degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent certification.

Minimum of five years' experience managing procurement and inventory control within a manufacturing setting.

Proficient with computer tools including Excel and inventory management systems (MRP/ERP).

Fluent in both French and English to effectively communicate with international suppliers.

Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.

Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Interest in team leadership and talent development.
