Your function
I am currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for one of my clients, a paper manufacturing company located in Chambly - Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - evening shift (3pm - 11pm).
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Planning work flow on production lines
- Coordinate and motivate production teams to achieve company objectives
- Manage work teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Impart good OHS practices to team members and ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
- Recruit, train and evaluate teams (tasks, quality, safety standards, etc.).
- Other production-related tasks, such as continuous improvement projects

Your profile
- DEC in operations management or other relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Excellent level of French, good level of English
- Knowledge of industrial environments, OHS, continuous improvement
- Salary: $70k - $85k + bonus of 5% to 10% of annual salary every 6 months!
Depending on experience, full insurance, company RRSP.
- Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - night shift (11pm - 7am).
