Job description :
We are looking for a Day Production Foreman for a company specialized in the processing and sorting of used appliances located in L'Assomption. Position available immediately, 40 hours per week - On-site.
Reporting to the Plant Manager (and accompanied by an assistant), you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Manage the production activities of a team of 20 people
- Optimize production space (to make it safe, efficient and proactive)
- Participate in production and material sorting activities
- Work as a team with OHS and Quality
- Ensure proper training of employees and compliance with standards and rules
- Evaluate employees and set objectives
- Other related tasks
Your professional skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Organized, dynamic
Your profile :
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position
- DEP or AEC or other diploma in industrial engineering, production
- Salary: $50k - $64k depending on experience + benefits
