I am currently recruiting for a systems integrator mechanical engineer for one of my manufacturing clients specializing in waste management machinery and equipment. Position 37.5 hours/week - Hybrid
Job responsibilities
Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor and acting as a product expert, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Be a driving force in R&D to develop technological automation solutions at the heart of the product to better meet customer requirements
- Define the product's system architecture according to its intended use.
- Integrate and/or modify electronic components within the company's products
- Select the right components and technologies to meet customer needs as closely as possible
- Take charge of the application side and choose the right control modules
- Contribute to the integration of these new components between the ELEC/MECA/LOGICAL groups
- Participate in test phases to ensure that system interfaces are clearly defined and communicate with each other
- Be a technical expert on your product and support it from prototyping to production launch.
- Other tasks related to the integration of automated systems

- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a systems integration position.
- Experience in automated systems integration (electronics, mechanics, automation)
- Bilingual English/French

-BAC in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electromechanical systems

What we offer :
- Salary: $90k - $100k depending on experience + bonus
