I'm currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for a major construction materials manufacturer.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning and optimization of preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and plant performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Conduct and monitor equipment inspections, initiating work orders as required.
- Track equipment conditions using predictive tools (vibration, lubrication, infrared, etc.) and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analyses (RCA) to resolve equipment failures and prevent recurrence.
- Support maintenance budgeting and ensure the technical justification of interventions.
- Maintain quality standards and promote a culture of safety across operations.
- Technical diploma in Industrial Mechanics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in heavy manufacturing (cement, steel, or related sector).
- Skilled in reliability practices, vibration analysis, and preventive maintenance systems.
- Proficiency with SAP and strong computer literacy.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation.
- Bilingualism (French & English) required.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
