Your function
I am currently recruiting an Industrial Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the transport sector located in Candiac -- Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Analyze production flows, identify cycle and product improvements
- Work on assembly operations and cycle balancing according to production targets and identified problems.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean SixSigma) and document processes
- Ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards, and train employees in continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and meet KPIs (production, engineering, purchasing, etc.)

Your profile
-At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
-Bilingual French - good level of English
-Bachelor's degree - ING or CPI
-Knowledge of welded systems and sheet metal work
-Knowledge of ERP
- Salary: $80k-120k depending on experience
Live-in position on day shift, full insurance, company RRSP, 3 weeks' vacation minimum
