Hello, I am Marine Passchier, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for engineering, engineering, and manufacturing professions.
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in packaging and based in Anjou, an Engineering Project Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and deploying multidisciplinary engineering projects (new equipment, equipment modifications, layout plans, automation, continuous improvement, etc.). You will ensure compliance with costs, quality, deadlines, and safety standards.
Your responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate several engineering projects simultaneously.
-Analyze needs and propose technical solutions adapted to production and performance challenges.
-Define specifications and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment in the factory.
-Collaborate with internal teams (production, maintenance, quality) to optimize processes and equipment efficiency.
-Manage budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
-Write technical documentation and follow up on projects after commissioning.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects.

Your profile:
✔ 3 years of experience in engineering project management in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Experience in the regulated sector (an asset)
✔ Knowledge of industrial processes and production equipment.
✔ Experience in automation and continuous improvement (an asset).
✔ Proficiency in project management tools.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
✔ Ability to communicate in English.
✔ Member of the OIQ (an asset).
