Your duties :
We are looking for an Industrial Programmer for a manufacturing company located in Saint-Jérôme. Position 40 hours per week, permanent contract, full-time.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Program or modify cutting, CNC and machining machine programs
- Design tooling and jigs
- Plan tool modifications on machines
- Design production drawings and create manufacturing routings
- Collaborate with production and quality teams on the floor
- Participate in establishing process improvements
- Other related tasks
Your professional skills :
- Rigorous and precise
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize work
- Excellent knowledge of machining and CNC equipment
Your profile :
- DEP or technical diploma in machining, machinist, mechanics or equivalent diploma
- 3 to 5 years' experience in machining and cutting parts and metals
- Knowledge of Autocad, CATIA or CREO CAD software
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
- Salary: 55-74k + Equivalent of 3 weeks vacation + RRSP and group insurance paid 100% by employer
