Your role:
Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage your projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule objectives, as well as customer satisfaction. You are the primary point of contact for the client and coordinate both internal and external teams.
Main responsibilities:
Internal:

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, purchasing, production).

Plan and closely monitor all project phases (pre-project, engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation).

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress summaries.

Track financial performance and prepare final project reports (budget, schedule, goals).

Ensure compliance with internal project management procedures.
Purchasing:

Prepare and analyze requests for quotations for materials, equipment, and labor.

Verify consistency between budgets and actual purchases.
Manufacturing / Subcontracting:

Regularly track production progress, both internally and with subcontractors.
Customer relations:

Ensure customer expectations are met (lead time, quality, technical specifications).

Manage invoicing and contractual deliverables.

Participate in client meetings and handle contract amendments and claims.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in project management, ideally within a complex industrial environment.

Experience on-site or with equipment installation (an asset).

Knowledge of financial management and project planning (MS Project, Primavera an asset).

Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

Autonomous, team-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Conditions:

Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 + bonus.
